A new twist in the signing game

I got an email today from Interstate Closing Services...an "invitation" to "bid" on a closing!

Now THATS novel! First time I have heard fo that approach.

Not a new twist....It's been done for years with Montgomery Home Title...They would send emails and notaries bid.....

And then there's that NotaryBid thing, that's come on the scene, or some name like that.

A total waste of time - I just dump them into the deleted emails. They never accept a reasonable fee. Guess they want you to work for free while they stuff their pockets with money they should have paid you.
