EOM - Be careful. Could potentially enter 3 different years
in 1 loan pkg. Recission date for signing on 12/28/07 will end on 1/2/2008. And, if your commission expires in 2009 or later, we're entering yet another year on docs. But, the professionals we all are, this won't be a problem for us to stay focused. We just need to not sip the eggnog before heading out to a closing. lol

Yes, your right, but re-read my post. If we close a loan on 12/28/07, the recission date is 1/2/08. Two different years. I was not saying that the EOM is on the 28th.

Putting wrong year in date.
We also have to watch the borrowers after the first of the year and remind people that it is a new year! So easy to write 1/3/2007 when you aren't used to writing "2008" yet.
