Flex Closing Corp - 5 Stars

Just wanted to give Flex Closing Corp 5 Stars in my book. Received a call from them last Monday for a local signing. They accepted my fee and the signing was completed with no problems. Received a call again on Friday that the Lender had closed their doors right after the Borrower signed, so there was another set of doc's for the Borrowers through a new lender. Met with the Borrowers again on Friday and the new loan terms were not acceptable. Doc's were re-drawn again on Monday and Borrrowers signed yesterday.

Received a check from Flex Closing yesterday for the first closing and they have agreed to pay full fee for the two additional signings. They are very friendly and have paid faster than any other Signing Service I have worked with to date. They are located in Santa Margarita, CA and their website is wesigndocs.com.

Did you pay them their $25 fee to sign up or they found you somewhere?

no thanks that's is how I got roped into signing up with Nexus Signing Solutions. Everyone saying how their fees were met and that they paid quickly. Luckily I was able to get my sign up fee back (by threatening to turn them in to the Attorney General) before everyone got stiffed. My lesson learned...never pay anyone a sign up fee.
