Holiday Work Schedule
It's a good idea to let the companies that hire you know your work schedule through any holiday period .
Of course the best holiday schedule is to be always available but that is not possible for many Notary/Loan-Signer.
I have worked every New Year's Eve for 6 years and a couple of New Year day job for public notary work.
Contacting a company to let them know your holiday schedule is just a great way to say "Hello" and touch base with them. This keeps your name out front.
Happy Holidays!

email auto reply has been set for a week now with my Holiday schedule and my voicemail has it too.
I close the shop for a few days for the last 2 weeks of the month, family and friends are more important then the dollar.
Of course the 26th is EOM
Happy Holiday everyone.

It might be a blessing that we have the EOM on the 26th because we can earn money rather than spend it. Oh well there's always the 27th to hit the stores.
I am actually such a poor (no-interest) shopper that when I owned my 7-11 store: 290 S Main Orange CA for 12 years, I averaged about 2 trip to the Main Place Mall in Santa Ana, which was 6 blocks from the store. Cheers,

I'm with you - I'd rather have a root canal than go to
a mall.
Geez, Joan, 12 years with a convenience store. You must have the patience of Job. As crazy as this work gets, it can't be as crazy as that work...

Well I had never actually thought about that. Until during Thanksgiving we went away camping and a Company that I regularly do signings for called. I was then asked to please keep them up to date on my traveling days. So now I will. Thanks and Merry Christmas!
