I hope so! If it just is a "modification" then they will be short and sweet and you could potentially do many per day. Lets keep hope they do

Hi! Stamper,
I have a feeling of astonishment mixed with apprehension that Paulson comments --mortgage rates vs. adjusted rate. The government regulators come to a decision with loans such as great rates; no appraisal; low lender fee; bad credit is okay by presenting to borrowers with patterned credit records. This may be a rate of uplifting for the current economy moves through the worst housing bang . . . am thinking!
Paulson believes in housing break down will reconcile shortly. What do you think? -

It will reconcile. It always does. How fast is anyones guess. We are in the world of instant graifications. That is the mindset that got them into the loans and they expect it in the remedy as well

The modifications I have done for NREIS were only worth $35 and I wouldn't have done either of them if they hadn't both been for neighbors who lived less than a block from me.

It probably will, but
mods only pay $30-$35. They're quick to do - 5-10 minutes at most - so if you keep to a tight geographic area they can still be profitable.

Re: It probably will, but
I usually get paid between $50-$75 per mod.....I keep close to home of accept them while I am out on other jobs....they have been profitable for me!
