Did modification for this company 10/2007 they don't answer my messages or e-mails. Its been over 45 days and still no payment. Beware notaries I wish someone told me ahead of time about this company.

I have done closing for Lia Signings and never had a problem getting paid until lately. I did a modification in October and still have not received payment. I have called and e-mailed them with no response back.

I did a signing for them also and they did pay, however I would threaten to send them to collections. Good tactic, send you invoice about 5X a day and/or e-mail it twice that much, that should get their attention! Good luck, I will keep my ears open!
