I did a closing for this company back on September 25, 2007. As of today, I have yet to receive any payment. I have written several emails and made several phone calls with no answer.

I just wanted to give anyone in this area a heads up on this person.

I wonder if he is related to another Soto, and crook in California? That would be Lynelle Soto, formerly from Certicor USA...

Have you thought about calling the lender on the file?
