Nations Signature Closers (NSC)

I just got a call from NSC - they are lowering their base to $50 plus $25 for edocs. He said that they are lowering fees due to problems in the industry. I told him that I am getting less business due to problems in the industry and now he wants to cut my fee. I told him "good luck" in finding quality notaries that will accept a $75 fee.

NSC is a good company, they call me and meet my fee only if they cannot find someone or its a mid day job.

I like the company, great folks and quick turn around. I'm sure if I lowered my fee they would keep me busy everyday.

I used to get 2-3 a week from this company. The schedulers are awesome, but alas, they have taken the same road as many others. Fees have dropped drastically for the NSA, but can't say the same for the fees they are charging.

I imagine that they are still receiving the same fees, but due to a lower volume of business, they are trying to cut their net decrease in income by reducing costs.
