New cost factor in doing business

Baby sitter cost..$20 per closing - $10/hr I am so glad I don't do lowball closings @ this rate I would owe them money..lol

that 20 bucks a closing is a big hit, stinks when you don't have relatives close by.

Wouldn't you be paying for a babysitter regardless of the type of work you did? That's merely a cost of having children if you decide to work instead of staying home with them.

This is true, monthly daycare cost around here is 1000-1200/month. Right now my wife and I are working on what is best for us. Right now she is the bread winner, but wants to leave her job for something else. First thing is for me to land a another Corp gig again ( we all know how easy that can be..lol) and she would work a swing shift @ a casino dealing (7pm-2am).

This would keep her home during the day with the baby and I would get home in time for her to go to work. Not sure what is going to happen in the next 2 months, but I'll let you know if it works out. If this was 3 years ago she could of been a stay @ home mom because the business was that good.. what do you know all good things come to an end.

Other way around for me. We get along just great. We never see each other. lol

He works days and I'm gone most evenings doing closings. Works wonderful.

$27 for a good bottle of wine to mollify platinum blonde girlfriend miffed at excessive night closings.

$86 for a new bedspread to replace one chewed up by Chihuahua pissed off at being left alone too much.

$19 for book on how to deal with neurotically lonely parakeet.

$2.65 for bottle of Tums.

Look at the money you'd save if you got rid of the dog.(and buy a bigger bottle of Tums)
