Not been paid from Express Signature

Anyone not gotten paid for a notary signing you completed with Express Signature out of Mentor Ohio? I tried to call them to find out where my money was and the number doesn't work now. The title company says they paid Express Signature now I'm told the guy is "in jail" and I guess I will have a danged hard time collecting the money.

This sounds like Mick/Mike O'Donnell. I wonder what he's in jail for? Try a search under X-Press Signature and you should find some recent postings.

If the guy is really in jail I'd say cut your losses and don't waste any more time trying to collect.
