Notary Exchange, CA, post GBU on Signing Central
Please post your G/B/U comments on this Company. It might help those of us that are not too savvy on navigating here yet. One person got paid – out of how many? 500? I'll gladly post when I get paid, and what it took to get paid.
I checked 3 places before accepting: Signing Central & another website’s complaint board: nothing. The beware site had pros and cons. I had one pro, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted. After not getting a response on payment inquiries, I do the orange button, getting myself in a rush when I accepted the order, I didn’t do the Orange Search button. Tech support also taught me to click "Forum Discussion" and "member comments" when I'm on the Signing Central specific company.
Now that they’ve been added to Signing Central (and another complaint board), it would make reviews quick and concise.

I accepted a job with them, as they called when I was in the grocery store and did not have a computer handy. When I got back home I checked here and noticed they had a bad rap for not paying. So I e-mailed Mario that I was unable to accept signing because of the non-payment of other notaires. He then Volunteered to overnight me a check. He did as he promised to do, I have not yet taken the check to the bank, but will be doing that tonight.
I kept in contact with him via e-mail and phone but did not have any issues getting my payment, It appears he is trying to get back his good name.

I am really glad you got paid.
What email do you use to communicate with Mario? The two on record, one of which he sent me the order with - go unanswered.
Hope to hear from you once the check clears.

In all fairness to Notary Exchange - Mario resolved my payment issue to my satisfaction. Really, he tried hard to accommodate.
