One more polite request of title companies, ...
... signing services, and other firms that schedule signing appointments.
If you expect me to reserve time for your signing, send a confirmation including the date, time, borrower(s) name(s) , contact telephone numbers (home and work [correctly labeled!], and cell phone number if known) , and signing location. Please list _all_ borrowers and non-obligated spouse, if any, that needs to sign _any_ documents. If there is an ex-spouse who needs to sign a quit claim deed, I need to know that also in order to be sure that the ex-spouse will be available. If you cannot give me correct telephone numbers for the borrower(s) , then I cannot make contact to be sure that the signing is actually going to take place.
