Re: Performance Title - G B U UGLY

They have owed me $125.00 since June 2007. They have never responded to my e-mails, cannot reach them on the telephone and their fax had been turned off.

If anyone knows how to reach these deadbeats, let me know.

Hudson Bay, how about clarifying which office it is that owes, you? The other posts appear to be talking about a different company!

Performance Title in MS has a great rep. I got a call from them today and only found positive posts about them. There are a couple of other companies out there with the same name that seem to be less than stellar, but the one located in MS seems top notch.

I am completing their closing tomorrow, and I do not expect any issues.

I like 'em. They even paid me twice for 1 signing last month

Don't worry, I called and let them know. I had another for them today, so we considered it "prepaid". I've never had any trouble getting them on the phone either.
The only thing I don't like is their ID Affy, the way it reads, it SEEMS like they're asking me to notarize my own sig. Not gonna happen... But I sit here and read and reread it, Just to make sure. errrggg

Has anyone heard of this company? The contact is Kevin Rathburn [e-mail address].

They owe me a trip fee for a closing in November. I called and left a message with no reply.

They're great! Also, remember to (1) link these discussions

with the company's profile in Signing Central and (2) check the company's profile in Signing Central. There are many positive comments for Performance, some of which are fairly recent. (And if a company isn't on your SC list, create a profile for it. If it's already on the master list, I believe that eventually they'll also show up on your list, as well, after Harry and the gang do their magic behind the scenes.)

Oh, yeah, and (3) we all need to remember to post our comments for all the companies with which we work so that there will be a sufficient number to provide us a sound rating that we can rely on when checking on them.
