Question on Uniform Closing Instructions

Can we discuss publicly about these?

Don't see any reason not to. Not advertising & is certainly

germane to what we do. It would also be nice if they actually understood what we do & don't do before they try making rules.

Well thats why Im asking if its ok to talk about this out loud, because I havent even gotten to the 3rd page and I see a discrepancy on the term Signing Agent. Although I am thrilled that we are being recognized, so that has to say something. We're on the map!!

Re: Maybe someone

will bring that up on Monday. You do have a very good logical statement. Working under the Settlement agent means.................what? And how? I see your point totally.

Where are you looking at the course? I just went to www.campusmba.org where I signed up for the live online conference and it said I wasn't taking any courses currently. Do we have access to some kind of information on Monday's conference?

On the first page, click on 'Dec 3 NEW DATE' (right side);

toward bottom of screen (not page) click 'here for Free Copy of the UCI,' click on 'General,' print, then 'Specific,' then print.

General = 39 pages, Specific = 11 pages.
