Reo Elite Abstract

I normally never post behind the scene issues but I am very distburded by this company's behavior.

If you are owed money from this company - you may get a nasty call from them after several months of trying to collect claiming you did not quote them your fee therefore they are not paying the fee.

I received a call today from the scheduler/owner immediately stating "I received your invoice and you did not quote your fee for this amount and prior settlements were for $$" (Note: prior settlements were refinances not purchases) Each time she called me for a closing which is was only 3 I stated my fee. I stated "I have e-mailed you and left messages prior to the fax I sent today" She stated "Oh, it was with bookkeeping now and this is why it did not get paid because this is higher than we pay other closers". She kept ratting on - I don't recall all of her rant because I couldnot believe how she was coming across to me. I stated "well fine, pay my the $$ plus my expense for the overnight delivery to your office" (Note: they do not give you account no, they want you to the pay the expense).

This is my error because the prior 2 closings done in the earlier for this company in the same month took 60 days to be paid. I went on their word payment would be made promptly this time especially since this was a Purchase closing.

Her last words "we will never ever use you again". That is fine because I knew I would not bother with them anymore after calling me in November requesting for me to Backdate and I declined.

Hi! REE_NJ

Sorry! You are experiencing this hassle to collect your payment from this company. I appreciate you are sharing it with us this matter.

I am experiencing something quite alike with Ace Mortgage. . . I just called them to resolve a similar situation with a bill back to the beginning of September.

It can be disappointed when some of these companies does not honor their and agreement. We enter a contract with them at the time both accept an order to complete a loan signing appointment with an ending.

Remember that United we overcome these people who is taking advantage of our service and generosity. We need to let them know this is not acceptable and the bill has to be paid without any delay. So mote it be!

Never ever do a closing unless the order states the closing fee. I would not return the docs until I have the confirmation with a fee on it. Recently I spoke to a state's attorney she also told me we should have the company state when we would be paid on the order. The state's attorney worked as a closing agent while in school so knew what we go though.

What good is that if the company will not honor the agreement? I had a confirmation and it said payment within 45 days of signing. Well I am still waiting for payment.
