If you are going to pay a fee, pay it to someplace like this. At least NotRot will advertise your services.

Any company that makes you pay a fee for them to give you work isn't legit in my book. Paying for advertising is ok, paying to be added to a company database is a ripoff.

Traps like that are for the newbie who has high hopes and no idea what is real.
