Sox warning!!
Attention all Notaries located in San Mateo County California.Sox is looking for a Notary to handle their closings in this area because their primary Notary was removed from their list today for re-scheduling a closing without permission.Yeah, right...Bullcrap.I asked him if this Notary perhaps wasn't being paid., and finally wised up?"Not that I'm aware of" he stated.I told him I would but I'll need to be paid upfront before I would work for them.He stated he couldn't do that, but still wanted to know if I was Interested. click....

I can't believe that they can still get anyone to do their closings, much less that they are still in business.

Would you believe they have an account with NLS aka National Lending Solutions? Someone from NCS told me this a couple of months ago.
