Stupid Countrywide question??

Why are some so complicated? Fax back 30 pages, make copies and split the package? And sometimes I do a Countrywide loan and I finish it, ship it and it's no big deal, no extra requirements. What's the difference?

SS or TC?

Some CW branches requires the pertinent financial docs to be faxed or emailed immediately after closing. Others don't. Signing services usually ask for those docs so they can get them to the TC to begin the funding/post closing process.

Not exactly sure but I know what you're talking about! I was so sick of CW packages I was about to turn them all down and all of a sudden I got one that was the easiest most well organized loan package I'd ever seen! I did notice the neat package was "Countrywide Full Spectum" if I remember correctly. I figured they were different banks and that the SSs just referred to them both as "Countrywide." I'll be watching this thread for answers!

Re: Countrywide Full Spectrum

CFS is the sub-prime division of countrywide.

Sounds like Service Stink..

2 years or so ago they started that procedure..Plus you had to wait before you could ship the docs. BTW- CW is out of the subprime market (only goverment subprime loans now)

I have completed 196 ssignings for Countrywide, this year, without an error. Full Spectrum Loans need to be Faxed back and other Countrywide Documents, you just complete and return.

Re: Hey KK

Doesn't a question have a question mark at the end of it? And where are the quotation marks that should be around the word "signings?" And since when is "forum-huh" a word?

"Ssignings" was obviously a typo, but it looks like you just don't know how basic punctuation works.

Re: Hey Cali

I always get a big kick out of your posts. Read that guy's or gal's response. They found it necessary to tell us all about their "error free "signings for Countrywide, and then there is a typo in their response. I found it as amusing as I find you! If you will notice there is no place in my response that I brag about being a punctuation expert.
