WAMU to follow CW steps

WAMU will slash 3000 jobs and no longer do Sub Prime loans. Hope brokers are working on those FHA loans. Only problem around here is most homes are worth more then the FHA limit.

conforming loans available out there for brokers who work with good people: no smoke and mirrors. I just submitted one today to WAMU that is a conforming 2 units, $490,000, 49% LTV and the customer has a 780 FICO and I get a nice, comfortable 2.5%, and since its in my neighborhood and I did the estimate of costs I gave them the signing free of charge, on me! They are out there, its just that the scum sucking bottom dwellers get all the news but their day is coming! Lets scuttle the crappy loans.
