how do you handle I/we, my/our
In the acknowledgements and jurats when they use I/we, my/our etc. do you cross out or leave as is. I normally cross out so it reads I for a single signer, etc., but I have noted other notaries do not. Just a question thanks

I always cross out to leave no doubt as to who appeared before me, 1, 2 or however many. I make sure it is he if a male, she if a female and they or them if more than one. The more precise we make our documents, the less chance for fraud.
