A & L Nationwide Signing Service

Accepted a signing for 11/29/06 with edocs for $125.00. Downloaded, printed docs, went to signing appointment. Was there for 1 1/2 hours, only to have the EO tell me to pack up and leave, because it was not the loan the borrower wanted.

I receive the check from A & L January 19, 2007. The check is for $25.00.

I did not sign a contract with this company. No fee reductions were on the confirmation. I do not accept reduced fees. I feel payment should be for full amount.

I will be pursuing collections. Just wanted to let others know.
