Well SOX, e-mailed me last night and said I never sent them the tracking #. Well yes I did. I faxed and e-mailed it. So then they said they e-mailed on the 26 to tell me they never received the tracking # and I did not respond. And that is not true I went and look on my mail and they did not send me anything. But yesterday I was able to receive there mail. See they have that in their docs. If you do not send tracking # then you do not get paid. See they are a bunch of liars!!!!! But I was not expecting to get paid really anyway's, because of their rep. So do not ever do business with them. Promise. They are not honestail I recived today.With her permission i post it.

?Can we shut them down? Want to try?

JoAnn, SOX has a long, infamous history here, SEARCH, and

you'll get the whole, sorrid skinny. (The Orange "Search" button) Here's a great reason to set email defaults to include Receipts.

Is this any great surprise...HELLO!!!!!!!! JoAnn I would suggest that you learn to properly communicate. If you present yourself with a professional image you will be treated professionally in most cases. Poor english...spelling....pronunciation etc....make you look very uneducated and unprofessional. Anyone who deals with SOX deserves what they get. This issue has been beat to death a million times on this board. This is nothing new.

She needs to get aggressive right now. She has two positions. #1. She did send the tracking number. #2 Even if she hadn't she substantially completed he contract. It's assinine to say that they can withhold pay for that reason... so she needs to NOT PROVE IT. Just say she did, end of story. And start collecting. Send them a letter with a copy to the title company, just for starters.

Search through the posts, SOX doesn't pay often but they pay the folks who get in their face. Thump on the TC and the lender too... they know, or should know, the story by now.
