Accusigning

Is there any new info on this company? I got a call today to do a signing. I saw all the negative feedbacks and was wondering if there had been any change.

Don't do it. I worked for them , they end up paying, after alot of phone calls, a lot, a lot of faxes, and they decided to pay a fraction of the fee, because it was a heloc. And when I call to clarify, she said we only pay this amount if its a heloc, but we never know until after the signings. And I guess they decided it was OK with me, to get whatever they want to pay me. NEVER AGAIN.

That is a violation of contract law. One party to an agreement cannot unilatterally alter the terms of the bilatteral agreement after there has been acceptance of the terms and performance of the contractual obligations by the other party.

I got paid, but only after I got a tongue lashing from Barbara for calling about when I could expect pmt. The scheduler told me at the time of accepting the assignment, that they were now paying every two weeks. I was called a liar and told that the scheduler would have NEVER told me that. Then why after 30 days would I bother to call???? Another notary in my area got paid 1/2 after 4 months of calls & e-mails which were all left unanswered. I think she just gave up on ever seeing the rest of her money.

Is this the same Accusinging located in California? They called me yesterday, but I had to turn them down, due to other obligations

they just called me and I said Yes, then thought I had better look them up on here, and I am glad I did. So, I called them back and told them I wanted to be paid up front, and the guy, I talked to , his name was Clinton was going to check it out and call me back, soooooo we shall see.

So glad everyone keeps track of the bums.
