Thankfully, no.

I have had a few delayed due to weather and one that was not picked up from a UPS box due to a Xmas pkg. shoved in it.

Not lost, but never picked up. Once was an Office Depot store (UPS) and the other was a Cal Overnight in apparently defective drop box. On the 3rd day I went to the Office Depot and found my docs under a counter when I asked the manager to look for them. Lesson learned: get a receipt!

Didn't have one lost, just an empty envelope delivered by UPS without the documents. Somehow they were opened and the documents missing. The title company asked me why I sent back an empty envelope. I told them the docs were in the envelope. They had me return to have the docs re-signed. Didn't get paid for either trip.

so far no, but did get a couple that was deliver to the wrong place. address on the slip was correct.

Never had a closing package lost, but did have a key sent from a real estate brokerage firm get lost. The key is still floating out there somewhere. I dont know if was actually sent though, since I never had anything lost before.

Not me, but they lost a mortgage title was sending to record

last month. Title paid me full fee to go back out and get another mortgage signed, with the new date and with information stating that the mortgage was being signed to replace the original lost mortgage.
