Anyone having collection issues w/ PCS Closing Services

I did one for them 12/18/06............can not get them to return phone calls or emails. Every time I call I get voice mail. They are out of Macon Georgia. Anyone else getting tired of deadbeat signing services?????????

I have money owed by Pacific Closing Services. The invoices are for October 2006.
I have turned this over to BBB. I know Barbara was paid by title company. I hate collections........ Good luck getting paid!!

There must be more than one company coming under PCS Closing moniker. The address I have is PO Box 2411, Macon GA.

I did a closing on 2/2/07 not having seen anything negative on this company - now I'm getting nervous.

And it seems like they all are no/slow pay. The only one I've had experience with is the one is Wisconsin. She finally paid me.

I've no experience with this company but with a couple of others. I've found the BBB just accepts complaints but takes no action. Your best bet it to contact the district attorney of that county and request a complaint form. In the instance of PCS, a barrage of written complaints should have an impact.

good luck

I had a last minute signing 2 days before Christmas and still have not been paid by them (PCS-Wisc.). I am getting no response to calls, emails, and I sent them a collection letter 10 days ago with no response. I am sending an ultimatum letter today and intend to get a debt collector if that goes unanswered. I am sick and tired of not getting paid by deadbeat companies!! I never tried BBB for collecting a debt but I get the idea that is probably a waste of time (but enough complaints will give the co. a bad rating, and thus be a warning to others). If you have any pointers on how to actually get paid from these people I would appreciate it.
