Bancserv
Who else received an email from Bancserv with an attached package of forms, lengthy test and there fee structure that starts with a basic fee of $50. WHAT A JOKE! I replied with delete me from your database.

Re: Bancserv fees
We are not required to accept their stated fees. Please cross out their fees, write in your own, and initial.

Re: Bancserv fees
I have sent them this information, and taken their test twice in the last six months. Was accepted and/or confirmed both times. I have never even received an assignment from them, so I told them to take me off their list and I was taking them off mine.

Re: Bancserv fees
I've gotten that same email about 4 times in the last 6 months, never responded and still get call. TC know how to find me if they can't.

Re: Bancserv fees
I asked why they keep asking me to send this information as I have sent it in already. Their response is that they never received it. Thats a lot of applications they haven't received.

another thought
If you have been sending these papers in every time they ask, you might want to date the current one and state something to the effect that all previous ones in are not valid or some other such language. (brain freeze)

I do a lot of work at $50, but what burns me up is that they want me to do HELOCs at $45 because they have "fewer pages". Helocs have just as many pages as refis, and when I get a job with over 100 pages, no one pays me more for that. They get plenty of money for their work, they don't need to be skimming off a little more from the people actutally doing the work.
