If you receive the email saying that you have to provide data, copies of your Commission, et cetera, and take their test, then please READ THE TEST QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS CAREFULLY! For example, there is no correct answer listed for Question One, at least in the copy I received. Do not assume! If you have doubts about the validity of the question and / or there being a right answer listed, send email and / or fax your doubts. Please, I beg you!

The "test" is ten questions, some of which have validity and some of which are nonsense. At least one question will be interpreted differently in different states. Experienced Notary Signing Agents will have no difficulty with the test at all, as long as they give the expected answer. New NSAs would be confused, and with good reason.
