Calls done or received with the speakerphone.

It sounds to me so unprofessional to receive a call from any SS or TL that they do over the speakerphone.
There are a few SS that does that all time.

I have Brokers and LO call me all time time on speaker phone and I hate it, I ask them to please take me off speaker because I can not hear them, but instead I hear the office noise and they are happy to do so .
