Canyon Capital Funding - Beware

I completed a signing for Canyon Capital in October 2006 and the agreement was full fee to be paid regardless of no-sign or not funding. The loan did not fund and I was only paid half of the fee. The LO, Chip Esajian, said he would pay the difference out of his own pocket, to keep his word, but that has not happened.
