Dear Scheduler

Why can't you be honest with me? You ask me to do a double loan and drive one hour each way into the mountains. You ask my fee and I say $250. You ask if I can do it for $200 and I say no, it's $250. You say okay, that you're sending the confirmation in a few minutes. That was 6:00 p.m. last night and I still have no confirmation. If you didn't want to pay my fee why didn't you just tell me you couldn't go that high? I'm quite sure you could get someone a lot cheaper as apparently in my area a LOT of people are going cheap. You also could have found someone a LOT closer and that would make sense as they could charge a lower fee. BUT WHY NOT TELL THE TRUTH? This drives me bonkers.

Amen to that, sue..How about this one: immediately agreeing to fee and even issuing user id and password to log into their website to get the docs; then calling 5 minites later with 'lender cancelled' line. Just out of idle curiosity, I went into their website with id and password I was given and saw a notary in my area who agreed to do double edoc signing for about 40% less.UGH, is all I am going to say

Re: Dear Scheduler..and how about

You're on the phone with scheduler - closing this afternoon and reduced fee agreed to when "another person" in office comes over and says they found someone for $25.00 cheaper so your scheduler says thanks anyway but we'll keep you in our system for the future -

My reply: Fine but I won't be party to a lottery system - call me when you're sure I'm getting the assignment.
