I can't get in touch with the title company. (out to lunch) Do I have the borrower sign this? Do I leave it blank? Very confusing. Please let me know soon, running out door!

General upshot, IMHO was "it's up to the Borrowers if they want to sign it now or fax it in later."

i always send an unsigned copy back with the docs and leave a copy with the borrower to sign on the 4th day along with a fax# for them to fax it back...........
