In the past, they would pay on the 10th for the previous month.
Checks were always received between the 12th and 15th for me.

You can log into your account on their website and check on payments. They cut checks, as Misty said, on the 10th.

I see the closing in open invoices but no check yet. What does it mean on the score card when they list it as Late? I did everything as per their instructions.

I have never figured out what the "late" means and I don't think it applies to us. If you still have a question about payment, give the AP dept. a call. I've had to call before and the guys in AP have always been very helpful.
