General Liablity Insurance..

Did search, found little info. Does anyone know of a good company to inquire about General Liability Insurance? Do you know the approximate cost per year, etc. Along with loan closing, I do property inspections for various companies and they are in desperate need of preservation contractors in my area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can I Assume...

...you're referencing Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance as opposed to E&O? If so, just about any insurance company writing commercial lines in Kentucky should be able to assist you. Contact a local agent.

I got mine through Nationwide. It is different for every state but mine cost me $2000 a year. It depends on what you are doing also

Are You Sure...

...you don't mean $200.00/year? If you're paying $2,000.00 per year for CGL, you need to look elsewhere.

A CGL Policy...

...for the type of work we do should only cost in the $200-$300 range. E&O is another story & could very easily be as much as $2,000. That's what I'm attempting to clarify.
