Has anyone had any dealings with them? I am having a hard time getting paid. Would appreciate any information anyone has.

I've done several for them in the last 6 months. They're not the quickest to pay, but I did receive full payment for all signings.

I've done one signing for them, on 11/17. They quoted "net 45 days" up front. I received the check on 1/9, so they may be counting from the funding date, and mailing on the 45th day. I didn't have to bug them for it.

I completed a job for them on December 22, 2006 and even after two invoices and phone call, no pay. So, my "nasty" letter will following on Monday.

I had to chase my $$ while being lied to numerous times. I would never work for them again. I did them a favor too, as the borrower did not show, but called me over an hour after our original time and asked me to turn around and go back, which I did. (Not his fault and I am not upset about that) What I was upset about is that I did not charge them anything additional, and then they had the nerve to repeatedly lie about my $$.

"It was mailed on such and such". Weeks later-

"Oh it wasn't mailed because we do not have your address!"

Give my PO address. Still no payment. Weeks later.

"Oh yea it was cut on such and such a date and mailed to your physical address".

FINALLY received. At my PO box. Both Lina and Lilly lied over and over, as well as "passing the buck" claiming "I'll email accounting and get back to you"- Never did. "YOU email accounting". I did, never heard back. "It's not my responsibility to see that you get paid". Etc etc etc.

I wouldn't trust either one and would never work for them again.
