Interest rates down -may see a few cancelations

Smart borrowers set to close within the next day or so may cancel the loans. Interest rates have dropped since yesterday add the huge drop in todays stock market.

May see loans pick up in the next 6 weeks with the lower rate.

Make sure you know the SS company agreement, might get stuck getting paid.

I've had my company for many years and my clients take care of us if it the recinds. Thanks for the thought.

Just want to let people know that there maybe a high recind rate this week if the borrowers are smart.
