Journals

Even if you're not in a journal state, it's a really good idea to keep one anyway. I have EVERY person I notarize for sign my journal..even if it's a one page QCD or POA.
My journal has saved my behind on two occasions.( Pretty scary stories).
Not to mention the countless times I have been asked (as I am driving down the road) for a tracking #. (I put that in my journal, too).
It may seem like extra "work" but it can save you lots of time, trouble and heartache.
And oh yea.. makes for a wonderful "desktop" when you're not signing at a table.
