LoanSignersInc.com = No Pay?

Just wondering if anyone has made any progress with this company. I should have checked this board earlier, then I wouldn't have accepted assignments from them in December. (My bad) I'm still owed for one from September 30.

I've tried calling and faxing messages to them but have been unable to get any response at all. They apparently don't answer their phones - ever (On any of their lines - appraisal company included) and they just ignore the fax machine.

I guess I've been mostly fortunate lately with receiving payment for my work, and I let my guard down with this outfit. It just goes to show, especially for you new folks out there, no matter how nice they seem on the phone or how slick their website looks, always google them and check the boards before you print the docs.

But accounting problems have to be addressed through their website, and they will respond.

Well, their website does allow you to check on the status of your payment. But after you check once on a payment that is over 30 days old you just keep getting a standard message about how your request has already been forwarded to their accounting department, and that supposedly it's gained some kind of high priority status.

Besides, you have to admit that it's a bit odd that no at all ever picks up the phone when you call LoanSignersInc (even the client line) and messages left are simply ignored.

They've stiffed me for one closing last year! I went through the BBB and received a msg that they had done all they could do! Loan Singers Inc responded that I had not updated my invoice. I updated the invoice the day I completed the closing, and have it on file....but they keep telling m to go and update...??? I will not do anymore closings for this SS....!

I did a signing for them in July of 07 never got through to get paid, called the company that they got paper work from and they said they paid them before they closed but the company never paid me.....
