I am having a terrible time getting paid by this company, anyone else???? Also have problems collecting for closings done for Signatures Plus. They both claim to be sending checks ASAP!!!!!!!-but nothing ever happens. Anybody have any luck from filing a complaint with the BBB in their areas?? I am also planning on filing suit in small claims, but I'm thinking trying to collect on a judgement may be wasted effort. Any help you can give is DEEPLY appreciated!!

Been there and all I can say is hold on within a few more months you will be getting a paycheck in the mail. I refuse to do anymore closing for this particular company due to how they pay. Some of these fly by night companies get there money on time, but when it comes to us notaries to get paid by them it take's months and months, not fair. And I know with Michigan the production is down in mortgage and we don't want to say know, but as for me I will say no due to never getting paid on a timely manner.

Get in line Linda, I'm waiting on a check from them too! I've been told they are paying some of their past dues, maybe we will be paid shortly!

I filed a complaint with BBB against Chris Jan. 2 and earlier this month rec'd a reply from BBB that he ignored the complaint, did not reply. His rating is now an "F" (duhhhhhh) and I followed some advice and filed a complaint with California Consumer Affairs, they replied quickly and while they can't do anything they have forwarded me to the Attorney General of California so can you guess what I'll be working on tomorrow??? Chris???
