You're casting a wide net, Monique!

Read message 33325 (is it bad that I know that number without looking it up? lol). Stand up for yourself, its your business and income and notary stamp on the line.

Study like he!! before you go, to make sure you know what you are doing. Someone is depending on you to make sure that one of the largest financial transactions they are likely to make in their lives is handled properly. Carefully review the documents in advance and call the LO or your client if you have questions about the documents. And if you are also a new notary, make sure you have studied and restudied your notary law inside and out. The source for notarization questions is NOT the LO or your client, but the state SOS (and NOT the NNA, either, for that matter...) Nor should you depend on any notary message board. There are people who are full of confidence, but still too inexperienced to know what they don't know. They may fall into that very dangerous category of: "often wrong; never in doubt"... ;>Wink

Good luck!
