MORTGAGEDOCS.COM -- FRESNO, CA
Has anyone had a problem with getting paid from MD.com?? It will be 1 month since my paycheck is due, the Jan payments are due soon too!! Has anyone had this problem or does anyone work with MD.com? I'm owed like $700 so i'm a bit nervous about not getting paid at all!!! Any help is appreciated......

I've done lots of business with them. They always paid NET 30 (received pymt each time four to five days into the month after 30 days) Never had a problem of not being paid.

I have; however, received e-mails the last few weeks saying there is a delay in their payments, but I don't currently have any overdue invoices.

Make sure you have them connected to you through a good email address. I don't have occasion to work for them but I read here that there is a problem getting paid from one of their clients and there may be delay. However, they are supposedly updating their contractors on a daily basis via email.

Yes, several emails every day, in fact...
December checks didn't go out last Friday was the last correspondence I recall. But they're in close communication about it.

well, they do have my email and I did receive the last email on Friday about payment but this was my first time working with them and it's not leaving me a desire to continue working with them. My thing is that I always have done a great job and my best for the customer which in turn reflects on MD, but we'd also like to have our money!!! Thanks for everyone's response.

Normally they are very good. They do seem to be having some kind of crisis at the moment. Hopefully they can work through it and get back to where they were. Usually they are a very quick pay.
