Me and the 3015 all in one!
It never seems to end with this printer. I can't seem to get the fax or scan to work properly. Any ideas?

Call me tonight after 9pm (my time) and I'll try to help you. I finally figured out how to scan on my 3015 a few months ago. The only problems I have faxing are due to Vonage, so I don't know if I can help you there. If I remember correctly, Sylvia had fax problems when she installed her 3015. Maybe she can help too?

Faxing with VOIP line...Becca, et al
Check you voip adapter to see if there is an option to increase the transmission bandwidth. I use SunRocket and the manufacture setting on the adapter was only 100Mbps (can't fax). I was able to change it to increase to 180Mbps max and haven't had problem faxing since.
