Does anyone have any experience with them? They called me at 6:00 last night for a closing tonight. They emailed the confirm and all the info to sign up with them which I did. Now it is almost 4:00, closing is sheduled for 7:00 and no docs. Called the office and noone is in on Saturdays. Now they should have known this when they called me last night, right?
Am I missing something here? I've never used them or signstat before. but the signstat confirm page does say no files available.

I have had the same problem with them on weekends. I called borrower to reschedule. Just be sure to leave update on signstat.

yes, it says no files. Is that how they normally do it or do they email me directly?

I did a couple for them a while back and, if memory serves me, the docs are accessed directly from the SignStat website.

Had to cancel. BO was not happy. I just hope I didn't miss anything. Guess I won't know until Monday.

You are ok. If dox are not on Signstat, then they have....

not been posted. Happens once in a while. Just update signstat
under "updates" with something like " No Docs. " Dox will probably
be posted Monday. They are usually open date, and will be signable upon receipt
