Mortgagedocs and Signstat

Has any one had trouble with your password on Signstat? I went to log on and my password is invalid. I did about 15 signings with them in Dec and Jan but have had nothing in Feb. I went to log on and could not get in. I emailed them 2 days ago and no answer. Has anyone else had a problem and has it slowed down for them?

My password works. Payment was delayed for Dec. & Jan. as I recall. Haven't had any new requests for signings from them this month though.

I just did my first job for them yesterday. They called me. No problems with logins today.
