We use Sunrocket for outgoing. Works most of the times, but voip and fax can be trouble.

Solution to VoIP fax...SunRocket

Don't know how other VoIP service work, I also use SunRock. To resolve the fax issue you need to access the Gizmos online then change the transmission bandwidth to 180kbps instead of 120kbps which is the default setting from the manufacture.
