Pinnacle Real Estate

Doesn't anyone else have problems getting paid by Pinnacle Real Estate Services? I see few posts and most are from last summer.

I had a closing prior to this one that took about 64 days to get paid. Now I have one from December that is going on 70 days. The people at Pinnacle are really nice but it's always a story about why it's taking so long....we're under new management, they'll go out next week, they went out a few days ago, etc. Now they say they "ran out of checks" and are waiting to get new ones from Costco!

I have only done a couple for them and they paid in about 45 days.

After waiting 40 days, I emailed another invoice to them and got a check within a week.

I did a signing for them on May 4th and had to go back 3 times due to an error on their end. I called and sent invoices regarding payment. I was told that they are now just paying jobs done in March and April and that they are 45 to 60 days out. I don't understand WHY it takes companies sooooo long to pay. There is no reason for it at all.
