Question on puchase signing....

I'm doing a purchase signing for a property in Texas. In the loan package there are multiple copies of certain documents (i.e. the HUD, TIL, etc.). I didn't get borrower's copies just one set of docs with the multiples as stated. Anybody know if I'm supposed to leave these extra copies with the borrower? I'm pretty sure I do but I just want to check. Tc in Texas is closed and the signing is tonight.

BTW, it is a purchase of a new KB home in Ft. Worth, TX. I'm seeing this trend more and more here in CA.

TIA
