This is the link to the CA Dept of Corporations Complaint form.

Yup Randy Torgerson PI License # 20723 and Has a permit to carry a gun. Agency in the same town that SOX is.
Obviously SOX has an issue about something. Given the number of complaints about them on all the forums they have a problem paying their notaries. Randy, check the BBB complaints. I personally haven't worked for them for years. They don't owe me a dime.
But I do see these complaints over and over and have gotten calls from them saying they were FOX. I said "FOX the animal or SOX like I wear on my feet" The reply was "animal". The person calling was being deceptive. FOX told me they were in litigation with SOX over this. It is also clear that SOX does not want their clients to hear these notary complaints.
I am tired of seeing the complaints and now have seen a post that someones 1099 shows more paid than they were actually paid. Maybe earned but not paid. Paid goes on the 1099. That is messing with the IRS. Its time you folks tried other avenues. If you don't then keep quiet about it. SOX should clean up their act as well. Their inaction on leaves the impression on folks like me that 1. they don't pay their notarys 2. they have some kind of complicated invoicing process that leaves many notaries hanging. 3. They are deceptive. and Finally 4. The "Spanish person gets paid $6.00 hr while the rest make $10.00hr. They apparently paid the spanish person more than some of their notary's. Just my opinion derived from information on several forums and personal experience.
