Richmond Title/ Flex Agents Signing Team

Are they know handling all their scheduling? I did a few signings for them and now the checks came with FASF

Yes. Flex is a new division of Richmond Title.

I don't care who cuts the checks, as long as they clear the bank....

Yes me too. But now with this new division they can not accept my previous fees.

They met my fee at EOM without question.

I don't know if it was just an EOM thing.

No problem with my fees either. Always great to work with.

They have their in-house rating. If you're highly rated you'll get your fee without question. Got my check today too.
