SOX Why not a class action law suite?

I have nerver signed for them but I know people who have.

This has been debated ad nauseum. The only thing a class action suit does is make the attorneys rich. The "class" will get pennies, if anything from a class action suit.

There is one interesting trilogy: Sox, Signatures Plus and the lender: Home Loan Center. I had a hard time collecting from both signing companies. If you don't live in CA, try to get a rep that will show up at their "office". It seems they only pay notaries close by. Those out of state or phisically far from them will have a hard time. I will support any class action against them
