Something as simple as a computer

I just got a call this morning from someone who said that he was referred to me by the Salvation Army. He and his girlfriend were victims of the Castle West Apartment fire in Colorado Springs last month. Just about everything they owned was destroyed in the fire.

They were trying to piece together documents that were destroyed and were told that I could help. His girlfriend was trying to get a copy of her Arizona birth certificate. They don't have a computer, so I took the time to do some searching on the internet for them and provide them some phone numbers and addresses of people who could help them. And if they wanted, I could print out the forms for them and deliver them.

I expected that any calls I got would be from people needing notary services. It let me know that "notary services" can mean a lot of different things.
